We have been actively involved in organizing beer festivals for many years, which has given us firsthand experience of the challenges involved. This includes the cumbersome process of printing and managing signage, the complex task of collecting and tallying votes for the ‘Beer of the Festival,’ and dealing with the wastefulness of discarding leftover programs after the event. Recognizing these pain points, we developed a digital solution—an app designed specifically for our festival. Encouraged by the efficiency and ease it brought to our event management, we realized the potential benefit it could offer to other festival organizers. Consequently, we decided to make this app widely available, hoping to streamline and enhance the festival experience for organizers and attendees alike.
